SupplyGo Education are hiring for a SEND Teaching Assistant to work at a SEND School based in Nottingham. We also have positions available in Nottinghamshire.
The school are looking for Special Education Needs Teaching Assistants to work either full-time or part-time on a long-term basis.
The roles require staff to be flexible, open-minded and willing to step into different classrooms and be that extra pair of hands in school.
The school look for people that are compassionate, empathetic and understanding. They look for the right type of character and not always the most relevant experience on paper.
Those that work or have worked with others that have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, those that are vulnerable or not independent usually possess a skillset and mentality that the school look for. If you have similar experience, I would love to hear from you.
