The role itself;
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will carry out the whole process of making initial phone calls to schools and candidates, building those working relationships, clearing a candidate for work, and book them into their booking with one of your clients. You will have support from, and work well with, our fantastic Talent Acquisition Team.
Whilst everybody has a solid day structure, you will be responsible for planning your days/weeks to make the very best out of time. This will include but won’t be limited to, booking candidates in to register, organising visits with new clients, and ensuring compliance is carried out effectively.
